Our Quality Assurance Program is a combination of system monitoring and outside laboratory testing to confirm our quality.

We only purchase raw materials from premier American companies, such as Cargill, Ashland, Bunge, Conoco, Exxon Mobil. These raw materials are subject to vigorous testing by our laboratories and must meet the Product Specification sheets from the manufacturers. Our raw material and selected vendor partners allow us to claim that we here at BioEnergy produce the best Soy Methyl Ester BioDiesel in the USA.

Our facility systems monitoring system keeps track of all relevant information at each stage of our process. The agitation speed, temperature, flow rate and pressure are continuously monitored and logged to meet our Quality Assurance Program.

BioEnergy samples production lots from a variety of locations during the process to insure our products meet the ASTM guideline.

BioEnergy sent out production samples to Magellan Midstream laboratories to insure that our Quality Assurance Program lives up to our Guarantee.
